I had to make my own lunch today. It was delicious!

I sautéed two chicken breasts in soy sauce and minced garlic (350 cal.) and made a can of green beans (75 cal.). With the chicken, I added some mushrooms (40 cal.) and some Asian vegetables (50 cal.). That’s a total of 515 calories. Yum!

Not that bad if I do say so myself. I’d eat it again.

I still have my 4 shakes and a bar to go and I’m already stuffed.

I made a mistake. I was so busy working on my paper that I forgot to eat my 4 shakes and my bar. Yikes! I hope that doesn't hurt me too bad.
